1-1 Reformer Pilates

Using springs and resistance, the reformer helps you build strength, improve posture, and increase mobility, while supporting your body exactly where it needs it.

 

In a 1-1 session, the focus is fully on your goals, whether that’s feeling stronger, easing tension, or finally having a moment to focus on yourself.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates gives you a full-body workout that balances strength and mobility. It’s time set aside just for you: to move with intention, switch off from everything else, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more refreshed.

 

Classes are small and focused, so you get individual attention while still benefiting from the group energy.

Hey, I'm Lily

My mission is to create a space, where your goals come first and stress stays at the door... Giving you the opportunity to focus on your goals, at your own pace, without outside noise or unwanted pressure!

This is where Pilates became a game changer for me, after years of struggling to calm my busy-brain, Pilates gave me a way to move with more intention without the unnecessary burnout from high-impact exercise...

 

From competing internationally myself with horses to now being a Level 3 Pilates and Reformer instructor, I am able to support more people on their own fitness journey, I have a true passion in understanding more about the human body, addressing asymmetries and providing ways to support everyone’s everyday life.

FAQs

  • Absolutely! Everyone is welcome and our classes will all offer different layers for each exercise to cater for all levels.

    To gain more confidence before starting Reformer Pilates, it may be worth taking a look at Mat Pilates to address the fundamentals before taking this to the next level on the machines.

  • No, but we highly recommend them!

    Tried and tested ourselves, we truly believe they make a big difference - making you feel more stable and confident during balance exercises and especially on the reformer.

    Don't panic if you can't bring a pair to your session, we have grip socks available to purchase in the studio.

  • Consistency makes all the difference. Everyone lives different lifestyles and we appreciate time can be limited so even fitting in one session a week can help improve posture, strength and flexibility.

     

    Many people try and work to 2 sessions a week if they wish to progress sooner and challenge the body on a more intense level!

  • We advise to wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Don't forget a bottle of water and of course, grip socks are a great feature too but not essential.

    Everything else is provided for you!
